High intensity, active, energising yoga flow designed to challenge you both physically and mentally whilst maintaining a sense of calm. Try not to take it too seriously and have some fun.
Flow with emphasis on movements we use while surfing but you definitely don't need to be a surfer to do this class. Movements will help open and strengthen the body, especially the hips, increasing active range of motion.
Relax your system with this simple breath focus practice comprising ten minutes of slowly expanding, progressing deeper with every breath. See if you can you work up to 30 seconds per inhale and exhale.
Working with sun salutations, this nice and easy flow will help open your body ready for the day. Start in a standing position.
Enjoy a Yin Yang style practice with the work of balancing both relaxation with engagement. No doubt you will finish this class with your hips activated and your mind peaceful.
Destressing slower practice with some yin yang vibes. The ultimate class for bringing energy down for the evening, preparing for a good night’s sleep.

Find a bit of flow state. I’m feeling physically tired and sore from surfing a lot and not sleeping enough, so this is an energising class to counteract that. Join me in a comfy seated position.
Deep slow evening vibes. Chill out and get yourself comfy.
Slow flow to create some space.
Watery flow for this morning practice. We’ll take it slowly and mindfully but still invigorate the body.
Nice, juicy evening class with a yin yang vibe. Grab yourself a wall space if you have it.
This class has more of a Hatha vibe to begin with, feeling each posture and maximising our embodiment of the pose. Then we’ll put it all together moving through a slow-mo flow.
Super chilled evening class. Get relaxed after a full day of work and set yourself up for a great night’s sleep. A wall will help but is not necessary.
Find your inner Superman or Superwoman. Strong, flowing class to start your day.
Nice and deep. Let’s open up each body part separately. This becomes a practice of listening to your body.
Big time flow. Quite simply just a nice flowing class to wake you up and get you going in the morning.
Classic Monday night yin to the yang class. Keep your chill and get yourself a wall, bolster, pillow, blanket.
Simple flow class combining some spine ripples and sun salutations with breathing.
A lovely energising flow bringing in an element of strength. A wall space will be handy but not necessary.
A chilled fluid functional movement flow that will work for you however you’re feeling today. Not too challenging, not too slow, take it at your own pace.
Super slow chilled-out class. We’ll get into the hips and relax you ready for bed.
Slow flow paying attention on moving your spine and its chain-like reaction as you move. Some nice core activation.
Test out your balance today in this flowy and somewhat fiery class. Move in a mindful and meditative way, focusing on keeping stillness within the body.
Flowy class to wake up the body and get yourself invigorated for the day ahead. Nice bit of core work in the middle. Start in a meditation posture. Spotify playlist Fibonacci yoga
Chilled evening class utilising a wall space. Calm yourself down, open up your hips and nourish your body with some sweet movements. Use props like a bolster, pillow, blanket.
After a meditation, we’ll start by connecting to our breath with some breath holds and bandha work. Then we’ll move into a sweet criss-cross flow class.
Wake up your body with an energising class. As usual take it as hard or as chilled as you want – it’s important not to stress yourself out.
Deep chill class. Easy, slow, relaxing, mellow practice focusing on slowing things down and checking-in with yourself. Set yourself up with some props like a bolster, block, blanket.
Working to open the shoulders to build up to pincha maharasana. This class is for all levels – just do what you can do.
Wake up with an invigorating practice that focuses on finding your centre through some balancing work.
Ease into your morning with this smooth class that takes things slowly while focusing on movements. We’ll do quite a few sun salutations.
Classic Monday night super chill practice using a wall space. We’ll open up the hips so if you’ve been sitting all day this is the class for you as we practise almost an active yin class rather than Vinyasa.
Wake up your spine with this energising morning practice. We’re going to give it some horns today but in a gentle slow-moving way.
Energising and strengthening flowy practice to start your day. Starting slow with some breathwork and then we’ll turn up the heat.
Hip opening class. Let’s bring in a more yin feel to your yang practice to calm you down for the evening. This will be a slow practice but you can make it as intense as you want it to be.
Feel good, light hearted practice to get you moving in the morning. We’ll be moving super slowly with the breath.
Wake up with some energising vibes. Strong, uplifting multi-level practice using basic postures in a mindful meditation.
Strengthening flow. Modify as needed but take the challenges as they come with a sense of joy and learning.
Yin Yang vibes. Chilled out slow practice to bring balance into our bodies.
Balancing practice on feet, hands and arms. Make it as challenging as you want with the goal of feeling awesome at the end.
Finding your centre. Strong, energetic practice, lots of movement, engaging into the centre of your body.
Chilled class but don’t be fooled…this class can still be intense if that’s what you’re looking for. It is especially good if you’re sitting all day.
Water flow with constant fluid movements, non-stop flowing. A bit of core work half-way through.
Slower paced meditative flow. Starting with a meditation then we’ll get moving in a slow flow.
Surf inspired flow. This class is a bit different from my usual classes; it’s more creative, playful, intense, and utilises explosive strength. Modify when needed.
High energy, upbeat class playing around with some arm balancing. Class is for all levels, just do what you feel comfortable with.
How are you feeling? Whatever your energy levels this class is for everyone. It will be relaxed but aligned and strong.

Breathwork focused class. Intensive, slow paced practice using breath to take us into the postures. We will really open up the body to create as much of an internal workout as an external exercise.
Exploring some active mobility with some emphasis on the legs. It’s ideal for surfing training but is for everyone.
Some sweet functional movement combined with testing your balance. Flex the spine through some backbends.
Super flow. Continuous movement while focusing on breath and posture.
In this 45 minute class we concentrate on back-body and front-body activation along with neutralisation of the spine and pelvis. Focusing on chaturanga and bakasana (crow pose).
Super flow! Continuous movement with a couple of drills in between. Moving with conscious breathing and mindful internal connection.
Wall class. You will need a wall and bolster/cushion. Try a slightly different class using the wall as a support through your flow.
Slow practice but an intense, energising, nourishing, heartfelt, beautifully connected yoga experience.
Get the mind working with some functional movement, balancing postures and criss-cross body movements.
Gentle slow flow. Nothing fancy but soft, nourishing movements.
Feeling sluggish? This class is energising, uplifting and hard work! Let’s practise keeping your calm as we move through a challenging class.
Keeping things casual we’ll focus on maintaining integrity in our bodies through simple, challenging postures. Start in a seated position for some nice breathwork at the beginning.
Let’s give it some horns tonight and get into beast mode. Focus on core and a hip opening practice with some arm balances. Some invigorating breathing at the beginning.

Chilled slow flow, really feel-good practice with some challenges that you can modify if they get too much for you. We’ll be doing a lot of engaging of the body, thinking about connection through juicy feel-good movement.
